Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this covers
This website is operated by Senili OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) incorporated under the laws of Estonia ("zobi", "we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at Heki tee 8, Tallinn, Estonia. You can contact us at [email protected].
This policy covers personal data we collect through this landing page — a page whose purpose is to tell you about our done-for-you iMessage revenue service and let you book a call with us or connect your Shopify store. It explains what we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the rights you have. For this data, Senili OÜ is the data controller.
If we later provide the service to your store, that engagement is governed by a separate agreement and the privacy terms that come with it — this page only covers your visit and your booking.
If you received a message from a store
If you received a text message from an online store and found this page while looking for answers: the store you bought from (the merchant) is the data controller for that conversation, and we act only on that merchant's documented instructions. Please contact that store directly to access, correct, or delete your data — they decide how it is used and are responsible for responding. If you send such a request to us, we will forward it to the relevant merchant or help them respond, but we cannot decide the outcome ourselves.
Personal data we collect on this page
Booking information. When you book a call, you provide information through the scheduling form — typically your name, email address, and details about your business or store (such as your store URL and monthly order volume). We collect what you choose to submit.
Usage and analytics data. Like most websites, we collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referring links. Some of this may be collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics tooling.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16, and this website is directed to businesses, not children. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party services this page uses
This page relies on a small number of third-party services, each of which has its own terms and privacy policy that apply to your use of them:
- Calendly — scheduling. When you book a call, your booking details are processed by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy.
- Shopify — if you choose "Connect Shopify", you are taken into Shopify's own flow, governed by Shopify's privacy policy.
- Analytics providers — to understand how visitors use this page and how our ads perform.
We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
How we use your data and our legal bases
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Taking steps at your request before entering a contract — to schedule and run the call you booked, prepare your free audit, and follow up about working together.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve this page, understand how it is used, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about your enquiry. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics where consent is required, and for any optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to meet accounting, tax, and other legal requirements, and to respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this page and our business (such as the providers above and our hosting providers), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose data where required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Consent-based messaging
Our service sends messages only to shoppers who have opted in to receive messages from the store they shopped with, and every conversation complies with carrier and regional messaging regulations (including the TCPA and the GDPR). Booking a call through this page does not opt you or your customers into any messaging — the only contact you will receive from us relates to your enquiry.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymise it. In general: booking and enquiry information is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards; records we must keep for tax and accounting law are kept as long as that law requires (in Estonia, typically up to seven years); and website analytics data is kept for a limited retention window. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time using the contact details below.
International transfers
Some of the providers this page uses (including Calendly) are based in the United States and may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA to a country without a European Commission adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards using the contact details below.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to:
- access your data;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
- portability of data you provided to us;
- restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time the law allows (generally one month). These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exemptions under the GDPR and Estonian law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), our lead authority, or the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.
Security
We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, and misuse, including encryption in transit and limiting access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page, and the updated policy takes effect when posted. We will give additional notice if the changes are significant.
